8x10 Premium (16 available - main exhibit hall) - $1,699
8x8 Standard (19 available - main exhibit hall & pre-function area) - $1,499
Outdoor Exhibits (5 available) - $1,899
Indoor and Outdoor Exhibit Bundle (a $599 discount) - $2,999
(Total of 40 booths available, with 2 booth personnel included in each)
Additional exhibitor personnel (3 or more) - $150 each

Outdoor Exhibits Include:
Outdoor exhibit spaces are intended for large-scale or demonstration-based displays. Approved outdoor exhibits may include:
Utility vehicles, equipment, or mobile training trailers
Live tool, gear, or safety demonstrations
Temporary climbing or training structures
Interactive or hands-on product stations
Technology showcases (e.g., drones, AR/VR units)
All outdoor exhibits must be pre-approved by conference management and comply with venue safety and insurance requirements.
Exhibitors requiring electricity for outdoor displays must submit a completed Electricity Request Form by March 1st, 2026. Electrical service is limited and must be arranged in advance.
Indoor Exhibits Include:
One (1) 8’x10’ or 8’x8’ exhibit space, a 6’ table and tablecloth, tabletop identification sign, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket
Two (2) exhibit personnel
One (1) PowerPoint promotional slide featured during pre-general session slideshow
Logo on main conference pull-up display
Indoor exhibitors requiring power must submit an Electricity Request Form by March 1st, 2026. On-site orders may not be guaranteed and will be subject to additional fees.
