Outdoor Exhibits Include:

Outdoor exhibit spaces are intended for large-scale or demonstration-based displays. Approved outdoor exhibits may include:

  • Utility vehicles, equipment, or mobile training trailers

  • Live tool, gear, or safety demonstrations

  • Temporary climbing or training structures

  • Interactive or hands-on product stations

  • Technology showcases (e.g., drones, AR/VR units)

All outdoor exhibits must be pre-approved by conference management and comply with venue safety and insurance requirements.

Exhibitors requiring electricity for outdoor displays must submit a completed Electricity Request Form by March 1st, 2026. Electrical service is limited and must be arranged in advance.

Indoor Exhibits Include:

  • ​One (1) 8’x10’ or 8’x8’ exhibit space, a 6’ table and tablecloth, tabletop identification sign, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket

  • Two (2) exhibit personnel

  • One (1) PowerPoint promotional slide featured during pre-general session slideshow

  • Logo on main conference pull-up display

Indoor exhibitors requiring power must submit an Electricity Request Form by March 1st, 2026. On-site orders may not be guaranteed and will be subject to additional fees.
