Indoor Exhibits Include:
One (1) 10’x10’ or 10’x8’ exhibit space, a 6’ table and tablecloth, tabletop identification sign, 3 chairs, 1 wastebasket

One (1) PowerPoint promotional slide featured during pre-general session slideshow
Logo on main conference pull-up display
Indoor exhibitors requiring power must submit an Electricity Request Form by February 1st, 2027. On-site orders may not be guaranteed and will be subject to additional fees.
Outdoor Exhibits Include:
Outdoor exhibit spaces are intended for large-scale or demonstration-based displays. Approved outdoor exhibits may include:
Utility vehicles, equipment, or mobile training trailers
Live tool, gear, or safety demonstrations
Temporary climbing or training structures
Interactive or hands-on product stations
Technology showcases (e.g., drones, AR/VR units)
All outdoor exhibits must be pre-approved by conference management and comply with venue safety and insurance requirements.
Exhibitors requiring electricity for outdoor displays must submit a completed Electricity Request Form by February 1st, 2027. Electrical service is limited and must be arranged in advance.
