Curtis Bradley is a leadership consultant, author, and former lineworker dedicated to helping crews build stronger communication, unity, and situational awareness. Drawing on years of field experience and workforce development work, Curtis focuses on practical strategies that elevate team performance and strengthen safety culture in today’s evolving electric utility environment.

Curtis Bradley brings a modern storytelling voice to the line trade with insights into culture, training, and leadership. His books are widely read by apprentices, experienced linemen, and instructors looking to build stronger training environments.
Curtis will be donating 50% of all book sale proceeds above publishing costs to the Want Plus Work Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, committing to help individuals pursue purpose driven careers and personal growth.

Danny Raines is a veteran lineman, safety professional, and educator with more than forty years of experience in the electric utility industry. As an inductee into the International Lineman Hall of Fame, Danny is widely respected for his straightforward approach to safety, leadership, and field instruction. He has trained and mentored thousands of lineworkers across the country and remains deeply committed to strengthening the culture and heritage of the trade.
